Products and pricing

ZapCopiers attempts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and pricing on this website are complete and correct. However, we do not guarantee that information will be free of errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Product images and descriptions

Product images on this website are provided by manufacturers and are the same as or similar to manufacturer catalogs. These images are professionally photographed; however, products may look different once installed. Due to variations in computer resolution, color calibration, and finish application, actual products may vary from online images.

Product descriptions and specifications are provided by manufacturers. ZapCopiers is not responsible for any variation in product description or specification provided by the manufacturer.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders containing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, whether or not the order has been submitted, confirmed, or your credit card has been charged.

We also reserve the right to cancel any order when necessary due to equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Payment

Zap accepts American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover credit cards for online purchases. Payments can be made directly through our secure site or using Paypal. Please contact us for wire transfer information (wire transfer will incur a $35 fee).

All prices quoted are discounted for cash payments / all credit card / PayPal purchases will have a 3% charge added to the entire order. Payments via check or ACH will be considered as cash payment.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. For your protection, orders shipped to an address other than the billing address may require additional verification. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Warranty page for complete information about returning products, restocking fees, warranty coverage, and obtaining refunds. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Product compatibility

While we strive to provide accurate compatibility information, we recommend verifying compatibility with your specific printer or office machine model before purchasing. Verify your machine's voltage (110V vs 220V) before ordering fusers and maintenance kits. Contact us if you need assistance.

Satisfaction guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receipt per our return policy. A return authorization must be obtained before returning any item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Items with "Free Shipping" will have actual shipping costs deducted from the refund.

Limitation of Liability

ZapCopiers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
