Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we can change or cancel it.
Before the order ships
We process orders quickly, often within a few hours. To cancel or change an item, the shipping address or the payment method, contact us straight away. We confirm whether the order can still be stopped and make the change where possible.
- For same-day orders, call as early as possible for the best chance of stopping shipment.
- Email requests are time-stamped. Include your order number.
After the order ships
Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. Use the returns process to send the item back.
