Orders ship the same day from US warehouses. Ground shipping is free on orders over $100.

Every shipment is insured against loss, theft and damage. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the order ships, and can track it from your account.
Cut-off times
Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 4pm ET or Friday before 1pm ET ship the same day. Everything else ships the next business day. Weekends and holidays are not processing days. If you need faster handling, contact us before ordering.
Special delivery requirements
Tell us before you order if the delivery address needs any of the following. Extra carrier fees apply and are passed on at cost.
- Liftgate service where there is no receiving dock
- Residential delivery
- Inside delivery
- Limited access locations such as schools, churches and military bases
Charges billed to ZapCopiers for address corrections or repeated delivery attempts are also passed on to the customer.
Service area
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. PO Box addresses are accepted for ground shipping only. Air options need a street address. We do not ship outside the United States.
Payment verification
Orders shipped to an address other than the card billing address may need extra verification, which can delay shipping by 1 to 2 business days.
